These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ManyO, a creative workspace for AI image generation and video generation operated by ManyO (Singapore). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
The English version of these terms is the governing version. Translations are provided for convenience; if there is any inconsistency, the English text prevails.
By accessing ManyO, creating an account, or generating content through the service, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
If you are using ManyO on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation, and references to "you" include that organisation.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use ManyO. The service includes image and video tools intended for adult subjects, and we do not offer a version of the service for children.
If we become aware that an account belongs to someone under 18, we may suspend or close it. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us at support@manyo.ai.
You can register with an email address and password, with an emailed verification code, or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
Provide accurate registration information and keep it current. Tell us promptly at support@manyo.ai if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
When you create an account we send transactional messages such as verification codes, password resets, and notices about your subscription or orders. These messages are part of the service and cannot be turned off while your account is active.
ManyO gives you access to AI image generation and editing, AI video generation and effects, and a directory of task-specific tools. Available capabilities, models and tools change over time as we add, update or retire them.
Some capabilities are powered by third-party AI models. Where that is the case, the model is identified in the interface. Output quality, availability and behaviour of those models are outside our control.
Generation tasks consume credits. Credits are made available through subscription plans and through credit purchases, and the cost of each task is shown in the product before you confirm it.
Subscription plans are offered on monthly and annual billing cycles and renew automatically at the end of each cycle until cancelled. Prices, taxes and the amounts included in each plan are shown at checkout.
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Airwallex, through a hosted checkout page. ManyO does not receive or store your full card details. Your use of the payment provider is also subject to that provider's own terms.
We may grant free credits, for example when you first register, through daily check-ins, or through referral rewards. The amounts and conditions are shown in the product and may change or end at any time. Free credits have no cash value and are not refundable or transferable.
We may change prices and the contents of plans. Changes to a recurring subscription price take effect from your next billing cycle, and we will give you notice before that cycle begins so that you can cancel if you do not wish to continue.
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect immediately, cannot be undone, and credits already consumed during the current billing period are not refunded. You can subscribe again at any time.
Because generation tasks consume computing resources as soon as they run, credits that have been consumed are generally non-refundable. If you were charged in error, or a generation failed because of a fault on our side, contact us at support@manyo.ai and we will review the case. Nothing here limits any statutory rights you may have under the law that applies to you.
You may use ManyO to create content for personal, professional or commercial purposes, subject to these terms and applicable law. You may not use the service to do any of the following:
You keep ownership of the images, video and text you upload. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for that material, including permission from any identifiable person who appears in it.
You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit and adapt your uploads for the sole purpose of operating the service and producing the output you have asked for, including passing the material to the third-party model that performs the generation. This licence ends when the material is deleted, except where we must retain it to meet a legal obligation.
As between you and ManyO, you own the output you generate, and paid plans include a commercial licence for that output. You remain responsible for how you use it and for checking that your intended use is lawful in your jurisdiction.
AI models can produce similar output for different users from similar inputs, so we cannot guarantee that output is unique. Output may be inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular purpose; review it before you rely on it or publish it.
The service itself, including its software, interface, branding, and the text and design of our pages, belongs to ManyO or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. These terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.

The service integrates third-party AI models, a payment provider, and sign-in and security services. Those providers operate independently and under their own terms and privacy practices.
Our pages may link to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or practices.
We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, models or tools, and we may restrict access in some regions or to some users where we consider it necessary for legal, security or operational reasons.
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if your use creates legal or security risk, or if we are required to do so by law.
When an account ends, unused credits and any remaining subscription period are forfeited unless the law that applies to you says otherwise. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, such as those covering content rights, disclaimers, liability and governing law, continue to apply.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that output will be accurate, original, reliable or suitable for your purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ManyO and its officers, employees and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from or connected with your use of the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty United States dollars. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ManyO and its officers, employees and agents against claims, damages, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the service, the content you upload or generate, or your breach of these terms or of applicable law.
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will give notice in the product or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms.
If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-law provisions, or of the right to bring proceedings, in the country where you live.
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent.
